This application can convert your entire application process into a paperless system. The employment application can be E-Mailed to the hiring department with just a press of the button. The hiring department only needs the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, which is free, and runs on the Macintosh and Windows systems. The Application Scanner keeps track of when the employment applications are sent, scanned, and much more, all to help your hiring process. This is a multi user system, allowing many users to access and maintain the data. The system currently interfaces with PeopleSoft HRMS, but it can interface with any other system just as easily. The system can be setup so the employment applications need to be approved before they can be sent on to the hiring department. The Application Scanner can also send out electronic forms to the department, before any application are sent to the department. The system keeps track of which forms have been sent, and the ones that need to be sent. The Application Scanner can also send forms and data files to the department when the position closes. The system can be setup to send a notification to the reviewer that new employment applications are ready to be reviewed.
