Product Description:
The Payroll Action Request System was designed to help the person
responsible for reporting payroll information to the payroll department. This
application help the payroll reporter, enter data into the payroll forms
correctly. The payroll reporter selects the type of employee and the type of
action. The Payroll Action Request System then guides the user though
the process. The Payroll Action Request System validates the data making
sure the data is correct, and ensuring they enter the required data. The
application also keeps a history of the forms produced. The form can be
recreated or viewed with just the press of a button. The application also has
online help which gives detailed information about each form and how to fill it
out. The Personnel Action Request System also allows the user to store
incomplete forms, these forms can later be retrieved and completed, once the
user has gather the required data.
